Terms OF Use for ITC Pro Tax Solutions

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by ITC Pro Tax Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Tax Software and Tax Course services (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Use of Services

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display your User Content in connection with our Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Governing Law

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communication channels.
